      Coronavirus (the silent killer) Today we all know that corona virus is spreading vastly and there is fear in human mind about corona. Don't fear about corona, because fear causes releases various harmone which leads to suppress immune response which makes favourable environment to affect you and reduce your ability to fight with this virus. IMP thing is that, it affects only on your immunity (that is upper respiratory tract). If you are affected by corona your immune response helps to get rid of it, only if you stay fearless and firm. Fight the corona virus like warrier. Your immunity is your power and fear can reduce your power (immunity). Corona virus affects only on your immunity. Immunity of old, aged, child is very low so the chances of attack of corona to those people is high.                               ajwain(carom seed) My grandmother and grandfather used to eat ajwain daily after a meal. I ask him why are you eating this ajwain daily. They told me regular eating of ajway helps us to free from many digestive problems. So tody I am glad to write blog here on ajwain.                         Sprouts  When I was a child, everyone told me that eat sprouts daily which is good for your health and bodybuilding. At that there was no awareness in the people about eating sprouts. But tody when I see the market, it is full of all type of sprouts. Sprouts is one of the best protein supplement for vegetarian people's.
